1. Returns

You can return products within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is unused and in original packaging

  • You report the issue within 24–48 hours with proof (photo/video)

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged products by customer

  • Opened packaging

  • Custom/personal items

3. Refunds

Once your return is approved, refunds are issued within 5–7 working days via:

  • Bank transfer

  • JazzCash / Easypaisa

  • Store credit (optional)

4. Exchanges

If the size or item sent is incorrect, we’ll replace it free of charge (based on stock availability).
